We’re happy to help you set up for special events such as company mixers, meet-ups or catered events. Please submit a ticket by signing in to Hana and clicking “Support” in the upper right-hand side of your screen. You can also engage with our Member Experience Manager at the concierge desk.
We require a 48-hour notice for any assistance with special events. Once your order is received, we will schedule a cleaning service outside of your normal working hours to avoid interfering with your workday.
Specific services may require an additional charge to your member account. These will show up on our monthly Hana invoice. If you have any questions, you can either ask our concierge team or submit a question via a service ticket on your member platform.
