If a service request requires any work outside of the original scope that Hana provides, you will incur a cost to your Hana account. Examples of service requests outside the scope of typical work include:
- Painting
- Acoustic treatments
- Additional TV installations
- Additional furniture assembly
- Additional workplace configurations
- After-hours HVAC requests
Pricing will vary by project. Please submit a work order request for our facilities team to review and properly assess. The charges will show up in a support-specific invoice.
