What should I do for an emergency service request?

If something in your workplace isn’t working (technology or a broken chair, for instance), remain calm and immediately notify the concierge team so they can isolate the issue. If the issue occurs outside of our concierge hours from 8:00am-6:00pm, please call our number at 214-385-2020.

As an added aid to our concierge team, please also submit a support ticket by signing in to your Hana account and hitting “Support” and then “Service Request” so we can track and respond to your request. Once we have been notified to your emergency request, we will work as quickly as possible to complete it.
