# What if I don’t want a meeting room reservation charged to my company Hana account?

We understand that, at times, you might not want your company to be charged for your meeting room usage — or, perhaps, a non-member associate would like to pay for your reservation. If this is the case, please talk to our concierge team. They can set up additional accounts to help handle such situations.
