How do I change the time of my meeting room reservation?

You can update your meeting room reservation by signing in to Hana and going to “My Reservations” to find and change your scheduled meeting time. We ask that you make any changes at least 30 minutes before your meeting is supposed to take place. If you’ve placed a catering order, however, we ask that you change your reservation time 48 hours ahead of your meeting time.
