How do I cancel my meeting room reservation?

If you haven't paid for your meeting, sign into Hana, sign in to Hana and cancel your reservation time as needed. You can also cancel up to 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. If you've paid for the meeting already, you can call us at 214-385-2020 or visit our concierge desk to cancel up to 24 hours before. Remember: you’ll need to let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel a catering order.
