How do I track the progress of a service request?

You will receive regular email updates regarding the status of your work order request. If you have a specific question regarding the status, please inquire within your open ticket which you can find in your Hana member account. To do so, sign in to your Hana account and click “Support” in the upper right-hand side of your screen. From there, you can track any open (or closed) work order requests and submit questions accordingly.
