How am I charged for service requests and how will I pay?

If a service request requires any work outside of the original scope that Hana provides, you will incur a cost to your Hana account. Examples of service requests outside the scope of typical work include:

  • Painting
  • Acoustic treatments
  • Additional TV installations
  • Additional furniture assembly
  • Additional workplace configurations
  • After-hours HVAC requests

Pricing will vary by project. Please submit a work order request for our facilities team to review and properly assess. The charges will show up in a support-specific invoice.
