How do I change the temperature in my workplace?

Your Hana workplace is designed to hold temperatures between 68- and 72-degrees Fahrenheit. If the thermostat in your workspace reads outside of these temperature ranges, you can submit a service request by signing in to Hana and clicking “Support” in the upper right-hand side of your screen. You can also talk to our concierge team.

Here are a couple of tips to control your workplace temperature:

1. If it’s too hot, try pulling down the shades in your workplace and shut off any unused equipment that is emitting heat.
2. If it’s too cold, please check the exterior windows for any gaps or vents that are admitting unwanted cool air. These details will assist the facilities team in properly diagnosing — and fixing — the issue.
