Your Hana workplace is designed to hold temperatures between 68- and 72-degrees Fahrenheit. If the thermostat in your workspace reads outside of these temperature ranges, you can submit a service request by signing in to Hana and clicking “Support” in the upper right-hand side of your screen. You can also talk to our concierge team.
Here are a couple of tips to control your workplace temperature:
- If it’s too hot, try pulling down the shades in your workplace and shut off any unused equipment that is emitting heat.
- If it’s too cold, please check the exterior windows for any gaps or vents that are admitting unwanted cool air. These details will assist the facilities team in properly diagnosing — and fixing — the issue.
