Who do I contact if I have a question about charges on a service request invoice?

You can submit an additional support request by signing in to Hana and selecting “Support” in the upper right corner. We will review any questions and get back to you as soon as possible. If your question is urgent, please visit our concierge desk and we’ll sort out any concerns as quickly as possible — and address any questions you may have.
