A power outlet in my workspace is not working. What should I do?

If a power outlet is not working, please try using another charging cable first. If another cable does not work, please submit a service request for our team to assess by logging in to www.yourhana.com and hitting "Support" in the top right-hand side of your screen. We will immediately work to fix it.
