If this is your first keycard, please visit the concierge desk and bring a state- or government-issued ID card as proof of your identity. If you’re looking to replace a lost or damaged keycard, log in to www.yourhana.com and go to your account page — and then Keycard Management. There, you’ll find a Replace Keycard option where you can say whether your keycard was lost, stolen, or damaged.
Please note that it costs $25 to replace a keycard, and the charge will be applied to your Hana account. Once you’ve settled everything online, head to the concierge desk to pick up your replacement keycard.
